Aniana Jaime is currently Professor of Piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid, and has previously carried out teaching work at the Conservatory of Music of Aragon, the Conservatory and Integrated Center of San Lorenzo de El Escorial and the Professional Conservatory of Zaragoza.

 

She begins her studies in Sariñena (Huesca) and continues them in Madrid with the pianists Rosa Mª Kucharski, Carmen Rubio and Anselmo de la Campa, where she also studies improvisation with Emilio Molina and counterpoint with Rafa Eguílaz. At Codarts in Rotterdam (Holland) he studies a Postgraduate Degree in Interpretation directed by Aquiles delle Vigne. He takes doctoral courses at the University of Zaragoza and a Master’s degree in Musical Research from the International University of Valencia.

 

She has won the D. Pedro Masaveu y Masaveu Piano Studies Scholarship on three occasions, in 2000 the Spanish Music Award from the Guerrero Foundation, a scholarship for continuation of studies from Ibercaja and in 2010 she is a laureate in the Mirabent i Magrans chamber music competition. He has offered recitals and conferences in numerous halls in Europe and America, highlighting his collaborations with the Chamber Orchestra of the Zaragoza Auditorium «Grupo Enigma” and his participation in 2016 in the Chamber Music cycle of the Spanish Radio Television Orchestra. Official pianist at Andorra Sax Fest international saxophone competition since its beginning.

 

In 2010 he founded AniMaDUO together with saxophonist Mariano García. With a repertoire that ranges from transcriptions to 20th century music, the duo has recorded four albums: Sculptures (2014), Ritmo en el Espacio (2016), Hommage (2020) and L’éveil d’AniMa (2025) with the Ibs Classical, Delicias Discográficas and ARIA classics labels.

 

In 2022 she will premiere her first works as a composer.
